2021: 41hrs 7 mins

New record

Danny's second completion, this time sensibly opting to be driven between lakes rather than cycling. During the swim, Danny taised money for Leeds North and West Foodbank in memory of a friend.

This adventure was only possible with the help of many Eccles cakes and the incredible support team of Adelina, Mum & Dad, Ben, Clarkey, Dan, Col, Kim, Thommo & Huw.

Harris

July 2025: 84 hrs

Swimming without a wetsuit and cycling between each lake, Clair completed the challenge at Brothers Water on 15th July 2025, in a time of 84 hrs. Starting this epic adventure on her 60th birthday, she is the first woman to complete the challenge.

Clair raised funds for Muscular Dystrophy UK, inspired by her close friend Nausheen. Clair was supported by family, friends and fellow swimmers from Bray Lake

120 days

Born with a life expectancy of 30, Adam became the first person with Cystic Fibrosis to complete the 13 and swim all lakes in the Lake District.

To mark his 30th birthday, he took on the swim to raise awareness, inspire others living with CF, and support the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

His efforts raised £20,000 and earned him the title of North East Charity Champion of the Year 2025.
